  • Engineer has been hired
  • Topographical survey of the pond has been completed
  • Identification of issues has been completed and parties notified
    • Party that was notified has sent back their survey and the surveys are being reviewed for further action, if any
  • Notification from residents along the North side of the subdivision have advised of water from the new development
    • engineer has contacted the city and the developer about the issue of the additional water
    • City has been advised of issue with the neighboring subdivision
