- Identification of issues has been completed and parties notified
- Party that was notified has sent back their survey and the surveys are being reviewed for further action, if any
- Notification from residents along the North side of the subdivision have advised of water from the new development
- engineer has contacted the city and the developer about the issue of the additional water
- City has been advised of issue with the neighboring subdivision
