**The US Postal Service changed delivery times for First-Class mail january 1, 2015. Mail delivery is now 1-6 days instead of the previous 1-3 days. Therefore, take 6 days into account when mailing you Assessment payments to assure receipt by the 30th/31st of the month.

The deposit for new home construction will be $1,000 ~ BUILDERS. ALL lots must be identified by posting a sign with the block and lot address PRIOR to any clearing of the lot. There will be a fine assessed if any building is started prior to the address and builder being identified.
