Dear Homeowner,

Recently, your Board of Directors retained our company to administer the day-to-day operations of Clear Creek Forest 13. We are very excited regarding this endeavor and trust you will find our company is ready, willing, and able to assist you with the management needs of your community. We are responsible for billing and collecting the association dues, working with the Association to pay the Associations’ bills, assisting in mail outs, deed restriction inspections and all other business aspects pertaining to your community as directed by your Board of Directors.

A website dedicated for your subdivision has been set up at www.magprop.com that has information pertaining to your neighborhood under the Clear Creek Forest 13 navigation button. Please use this as your “go to” information portal for all documents and any notices for your community. If you would like to recommend something that should be on the website, please send your ideas to hayley@magprop.com or lisa@magprop.com.

You do have access to your accounts 24/7 through our association management software. To gain access, please send an email to lisa@magprop.com for the link and your personal account number. Through this portal, you will be able to look at your accounting history (since we took over), and send photos that a violation is cleared up, or submit your ACC application through the system too!

Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with lunch taken from 12-1, and Friday, 9:00 am – 2 pm. If we are out of the office, your call will be answered by the answering service and we always welcome emails! We look forward to working with you to ensure that Clear Creek Forest 13 continues to be a wonderful place to live!

General POA meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the clubhouse located at 24407 Bridgewater, Magnolia, TX 77355.
