We are responsible for billing and collecting the association dues, working with the Association to pay the Associations’ bills, assisting in mail outs, deed restriction inspections and all other business aspects pertaining to your community as directed by your Board of Directors.

A website dedicated for your subdivision has been set up at www.magprop.com that has information pertaining to your neighborhood under the Coopersmith Court navigation button. Please use this as your “go to” information portal for all documents and any notices for your community. If you would like to recommend something that should be on the website or need assistance, please contact Hayley, hayley@magprop.com.

Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with lunch taken from 12-1, and Friday, 9:00 am – 2 pm. If we are out of the office, your call will be answered by the answering service and we always welcome emails! We look forward to working with you to ensure that Coopersmith Court continues to be a wonderful place to live!

HOW TO PAY YOUR ANNUAL DUES

2022 Annual Assessments – Assessments are due by January 31st. Annual Assessments are $2200.00 per lot. If you would like to make payment arrangements please review the collection policy (documents tab) then email ryane@magprop.com to request an Alternative payment arrangement, or contact Magnolia Property Management at 281-599-0098.

**The US Postal Service changed delivery times for First-Class mail January 1, 2015. Mail delivery is now 1 – 6 days instead of the previous 1 – 3 days. Therefore, take 6 days into account when mailing your Assessment payments to assure receipt by the 31st of the month.
