HOW TO PAY YOUR ANNUAL DUES

2020 Annual Assessments – Assessments are due by January 31st. Annual Assessments are $410.00 per lot. If you would like to make payment arrangements please review the collection policy (documents tab) then email ryan@magprop.com to request an Alternative payment arrangement, or contact Magnolia Property Management at 281-599-0098.

**The US Postal Service changed delivery times for First-Class mail January 1, 2015. Mail delivery is now 1 – 6 days instead of the previous 1 – 3 days. Therefore, take 6 days into account when mailing your Assessment payments to assure receipt by the 31st of the month.

POOL OPENING SCHEDULE 2020

It has been decided that the pool is set to open on June 9th, 2020 and will be open from 11am to 7pm. However, the pool rules that are posted in the pool area along with the practice of social distancing are asked to be followed. The pool cards have been mailed out as of May 28th and should be recieved within the next week or two so we ask you please be sure to check your mailbox for these cards. There is also additional information in the letter that has been sent along with the card that we encourage all residents and homeowners to read. We do kindly ask all to limit your time at the pool during COVID-19 to ensure other neighbors may enjoy the pool as well. We hope you have an amazing swim season and if you have any additional questions or concerns or would like purchase an additional card feel free to contact our office directly as we are more than happy to assist you with this matter.

The Park is for Katy Creek Ranch residents only! Anyone found in the park area that is not a resident of Katy Creek Ranch will be prosecuted for trespassing. ANY PERSON FOUND DESTROYING PROPERTY WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR DAMAGES! CAMERAS AND PATROLS ARE NOW BEING USED.
