Recently, the Village at Mason Creek Board of Directors retained Magnolia to administer the day-to-day operations of Village at Mason Creek. We are excited regarding this new partnership. We are confident we can manage all needs of the Village at Mason Creek Townhome community.
Magnolia office hours are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. We take lunch from 12-1. If we are out of the office your call will be answered by the answering service, and you can leave a message. We also welcome email messages. We look forward to working with you to ensure that Village at Mason Creek continues to be a amazing place to live!
Our responsibilities include HOA billing, vendor management, contracts, accounts payable, mailings, complaint remediation and deed restriction inspections. We will be involved in property improvements, insurance renewals, annual tax filings and all other business pertaining to your community. We work with realtors to manage refinancing and home sales. We work closely with your board of directors and you as a homeowner to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood.
Invoices will be emailed to property owners. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to pay association dues, sewer, water, and garbage charges as usual. You must inform your renter of the process depending on your unique situation.
WE ARE ASKING ALL HOMEOWNERS TO PLEASE STOP ALL PAYMENTS TO KING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT A PAYMENT TO KING MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO THIS NOTICE, WE ARE ASKING YOU CONTACT YOUR BANK TO REQUEST STOPPING PAYMENT TO THEM AS THIS COULD LEAD ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THIS TRANSITION.
You can set up recurring payments and/or set it up for automatic reminders. Please note, this is a 3rd party website that is for the payments that is run by the Association’s bank. When making monthly payments, note that the use of E-checks are free, debit cards are $5.00 and credit cards are 3%.
