The 2010 Annual Assessment fees have been set at $480.00 per home.  If you pay by January 31, 2010 (the envelope must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2010), you will receive a $25.00 credit automatically.  You still have the option to pay the monthly payments of $40.00 per month, and must remain current on the monthly payments to take advantage of this program.

If you have a dusk to dawn light in either the front or back or both, you may be eligible to receive a $10.00 per area discount that will be applied in December 2010.  These must be in working order.  If you have these security lights, please contact MPM.  They must be installed and MPM made aware of them by February 28, 2010 to be eligible for the additional discount.

Remember, any improvements needs ACC approval prior to the start of the project.
