Cypress Fields Board and Committees
Elections of the vacant board positions are held at the Annual Meeting. The President, Secretary and Parliamentarian are elected to a two-year term beginning in even numbered years, and the remaining board members are elected in the odd numbered years. Association Fees and Annual Dues Information
Annual association dues are $75 per year per lot, collected once a year in December. Payments made after January 31st may receive a $25 late fee.
