Recently, your Board of Directors retained our company to administer the day-to-day operations of Terrace Brook. We are very excited regarding this endeavor and trust you will find our company is ready, willing, and able to assist you with the management needs of your community. We are responsible for billing and collecting the association dues, working with the Association to pay the Associations’ bills, assisting in mail-outs, deed restriction inspections, and other business aspects pertaining to your community as directed by your Board of Directors.

A website dedicated to your subdivision has been set up at www.magprop.com that has information pertaining to your neighborhood under the Terrace Brook navigation button. Please use this as your “go-to” information portal for all documents and any notices for your community. If you would like to recommend something that should be on the website or need to contact our office, our number is 281-599-0098 and email is office@magprop.com.

Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with lunch taken from 12-1, and Friday, 9:00 am – 2 pm. If we are out of the office, your call will be answered by the answering service and we always welcome emails! We look forward to working with you to ensure that Terrace Brook continues to be a wonderful place to live!

Due to moderate water shortage conditions, HCMUD No. 220 has initiated Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan. Under this plan, customers are required to reduce water consumption by adhering to the following mandatory guidelines: Limit irrigation watering to occur no more than two (2) days per week, between the hours of 7:00 pm and 5:00 am. If you have an even numbered address, water only on Thursdays and Sundays. If you have an odd numbered address, water only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For all other customers, water only on Tuesdays and Fridays.


HOA is responsible for maintenance on common areas: Pool, park, dog park, common area landscaping at entrances and easements.


Trash service is provided by unincorporated Harris County:

Regular trash - Wednesday & Saturday

Recycling - Trash service day Wednesday

Heavy Trash- Trash service day

POOL RULES

The access has been changed from the fob system over to a new Bluetooth system called VizPin.

Please remember that additional access can be requested, but there will be a charge for each additional access requested per property. We will send a notice out with the link to request additional access as well as the cost involved prior to the pool's scheduled seasonal opening.

Direct access will not be granted to underaged persons OR guests at your property. The phone number used to register on the App must match the phone number we have on file. You can review (and update if necessary) the number we have on file under your "Account Profile" section of the portal. If the number does not match, access may be delayed, so please ensure the number on file is correct before registering on the App.

Keep in mind:

  • The pool rules are to be adhered to at all times-
  • The pool hours are 7am-9pm Wednesday-Monday, and the pool is closed on Tuesdays.
  • Access requests will be processed in the order received - due to the significant number of requests anticipated, your request may take up to 7 business days to be completed.

Here are some tips for when using the pool.

  • If you are taking your children to the pool, DO NOT leave them alone or unattended.
  • Keep the pool clean, do not take food or drinks when inside the pool.
  • If you are sick or having COVID-19 possible simptoms, please stay at home and take care.
  • If your children don't know how to swim give them a floater.
  • Remember to always use sunblock on your face and body.
  • Always take a towel with you.
