Recently, the Yellowstone Board of Directors retained Magnolia to administer the day-to-day operations of Yellowstone Townhomes. We are excited regarding this new partnership. We are confident we can manage all needs of the Yellowstone Townhome community.
Our responsibilities include HOA billing, vendor management, contracts, accounts payable, mailings, complaint remediation and deed restriction inspections. We will be involved in property improvements, insurance renewals, annual tax filings and all other business pertaining to your community. We work with realtors to manage refinancing and home sales. We work closely with your board of directors and you as a homeowner to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood.
Invoices will be emailed to property owners. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to pay association dues, sewer, water, and garbage charges as usual. You must inform your renter of the process depending on your unique situation. Late fees do apply to assessments and waste paid late.

You can set up recurring payments and/or set it up for automatic reminders. Please note, this is a 3rd party website that is for the payments that is run by the Association’s bank.
Magnolia office hours are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. We take lunch from 12-1. If we are out of the office your call will be answered by the answering service, and you can leave a message. We also welcome email messages. We strive to return your call within 8 hours and your email within 4 hours. We look forward to working with you to ensure that Yellowstone continues to be an amazing place to live!
