Magnolia office hours are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. We take lunch from 12-1. If we are out of the office your call will be answered by the answering service, and you can leave a message. We also welcome email messages. We look forward to working with you to ensure that Garages of Texas continues to be a amazing place to be your home away from home!

Our responsibilities include billing, vendor management, contracts, accounts payable, mailings, complaint remediation and deed restriction inspections. We will be involved in property improvements, insurance renewals, annual tax filings and all other business pertaining to your community. We work closely with your board of directors and you as a homeowner to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood.

Invoices will be emailed to property owners. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to pay association dues, sewer, water, and additional charges as usual.

ROOF ACCESS REQUESTS:

For roof access:

  1. Complete liability release form and email to office@magprop.com
  2. We will confirm receipt and schedule a time with you to pick up the access room key
  3. You or your contractors have access to the roof via access rooms
  4. Return the key within 4 days of receipt
