Recently, the Garages of Texas Board of Directors retained Magnolia to administer the day-to-day operations of Garages of Texas. We are excited regarding this new partnership. We are confident we can manage all needs of the Garages of Texas community.

Magnolia office hours are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. We take lunch from 12-1. If we are out of the office your call will be answered by the answering service, and you can leave a message. We also welcome email messages. We look forward to working with you to ensure that Garages of Texas continues to be a amazing place to be your home away from home!

Our responsibilities include billing, vendor management, contracts, accounts payable, mailings, complaint remediation and deed restriction inspections. We will be involved in property improvements, insurance renewals, annual tax filings and all other business pertaining to your community. We work closely with your board of directors and you as a homeowner to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood.

Invoices will be emailed to property owners. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to pay association dues, sewer, water, and additional charges as usual.
