Recently, the Yellowstone Board of Directors retained Magnolia to administer the day-to-day operations of Yellowstone Townhomes. We are excited regarding this new partnership. We are confident we can manage all needs of the Yellowstone Townhome community.

Our responsibilities include HOA billing, vendor management, contracts, accounts payable, mailings, complaint remediation and deed restriction inspections. We will be involved in property improvements, insurance renewals, annual tax filings and all other business pertaining to your community. We work with realtors to manage refinancing and home sales. We work closely with your board of directors and you as a homeowner to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood.

A website dedicated for your subdivision is being set up at that has information pertaining to your neighborhood under the Yellowstone Townhomes navigation button. Please use this as your “go to” information portal for all documents and any notices for your community. The HOA Board will work with Magnolia to ensure that the new site has similar functionality to the current community site.

Invoices will be emailed to property owners. It will be the responsibility of the property owner to pay association dues, sewer, water, and garbage charges as usual. You must inform your renter of the process depending on your unique situation. Your first statement will be issued by Magnolia on February 25, 2021.

You can set up recurring payments and/or set it up for automatic reminders. Please note, this is a 3rd party website that is for the payments that is run by the Association’s bank. When making monthly payments, note that the use of E-checks are free, debit cards are .75 cents and credit cards are 3%.

Magnolia office hours are from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. We take lunch from 12-1. If we are out of the office your call will be answered by the answering service, and you can leave a message. We also welcome email messages. We strive to return your call within 8 hours and your email within 4 hours. We look forward to working with you to ensure that Yellowstone continues to be a amazing place to live!
